Mail Client Manual Settings

When you access an email account through a desktop email application such as Microsoft Outlook, the email application will require specific information about your email account. You can manually configure your mail client using the settings below:

Mail Account Setting:

Server Information

Incoming mail server         : mail.domainname.com

Outgoing mail server         : mail.domainname.com

 

Username                           : Enter your full email address

Password                            : Enter your login password

 

Please ensure that the box beside “My server requires authentication” is mark and “Use same setting as my incoming mail server” is selected.

 

Advanced

Incoming server port no (POP3) is 110

Outgoing server port no (SMTP) is 587

*Please keep in mind that this is applicable for web or email with IP range 124.150.141.xxx and 124.150.140.xxx.
